After Christmas

The wrapping paper is gone. The cookies have mysteriously disappeared. And the house is settling back into its usual rhythm. But the wonder of Christmas isn’t meant to fade with the lights. Christ came to be with us, today just as much as yesterday.

If anything, the quiet after Christmas gives us space to really take that in.

May the peace of the newborn King follow you into these slower days. And my His love steady you as you return to everyday life.
